Each product is made to order through our fulfillment partner, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Damaged / Wrong / Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thisishaal@gmail.com.

Photos of the issue
We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Package
If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us. We will work with our fulfillment team to investigate. A replacement may be issued after confirmation.
Wrong Address
If the address you provided was incorrect:

We cannot issue a refund

A reshipment fee may apply once the package is returned to us or our fulfillment center
Unauthorized Returns
We do not accept returned items sent back to us or our supplier without approval.
